Application and Design

The programs in this category offer amazing professional development for designing participatory facilitation events that set the stage for change. Each one offers insights and contextual background from the work of the Institute of Cultural Affairs that is not found anywhere else. The duration of the courses vary from two days to one year in commitment. Participants learn in a “cohort” experience, bringing widely diverse backgrounds to the collective learning table.
