ToP Strategic Planning presents a dynamic planning process, which incorporates the values of ToP facilitation methods and allows the group to produce agreed upon actions that lead to transformative accomplishments. Approaches to Environmental Scanning and ToP Secrets of Implementation both add perspective, imagination, and structure to the planning approach and results.
