The ToP Certification Program is an evidence-based process designed to assess and confirm a facilitator’s level of mastery of ToP methods and six facilitation competencies: managing positive client relationships, creating a participatory environment, evoking the creativity of the group, modeling positive professional attitude, orchestrating quality events, and producing effective results.
The CTF credentials are awarded to facilitators who have demonstrated their proficiency at a "master level." Certified ToP facilitators are recognized worldwide for skills linking inclusive participation and profound respect in dialogue leading to awareness, agreement, and action.
MNToP, the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), and the ToP Network are honored to welcome 29 facilitators in Minnesota and 70 total in United States to the growing community of ToP professionals who have achieved the CTF designation.
