Community

Minnesota Technology of Participation (MNToP) is intentional about supporting and growing the community of like-minded professionals and organizations, who practice ToP in their work and life. MNToP provides personalized support for continued development of your facilitation skills and use of ToP methods in your practice. Support for your journey spans from a strong mentorship environment to the one of the most active Communities of Practice in the nation. Your efforts are highlighted in the “View from MNToP” e-newsletter, and your accomplishments are recognized with the ToP Champion Awards every year. Stay connected the way you like to: online, in-class, or at a gathering that’s happening near you.
